Brazil's third-largest LPG retailer replaced isolated legacy tools with one standard SAP solution, and rolled it out to 67 sites without stopping the business for a day.

Half the processes ran outside the system
Supergasbras doubled its business volume after taking over competitor Minasgas and setting up a central logistics department. Its separate tools, joined by interfaces, could not keep up.
In the end they covered only half of the processes. The rest ran manually or semi-automatically, including thousands of orders a day.
